Drawing Interest
I just read another testimony from someone who experienced what I did in the 9 weeks that we focused our attention on “DOWNPOUR.” (i.e. our need for revival from God) This person shared how years of struggling with an issue was the result of their heart and attitude. It is frightening how we can be a certain way for a long period of time without realizing how detrimental our status really is. Then, when God pulls back the “blinders” of pride and ‘blame-casting’ we can see ourselves clearly.
God brought His Word in power and the “Interest” is still accumulating. People’s lives are changing. There is a stirring in the heart of God’s people to relentlessly RUN towards Christ and let Him saturate us with His anointing. God has shown me recently that we have been operating on His ”Reserve” tank for too long. It is time to “FILL UP” and then watch God use us to bless others in the “Overflow!”
Tonight’s Corporate Gathering was tremendous. God met with us as we worshiped, prayed together and shared God’s Word. People littered the altar where God was moving in their heart. One young lady sobbed powerfully as God was working on her heart. We boldly and passionately claim God’s richest blessings for Washington Avenue’s Future.
Many awesome seeds have been sown by some truly gifted servants in our midst that will continue to bear fruit for many years to come. This season of harvest has been prepared by some choice servants who are moving to plow and plant in other fields. May God bless ALL their labor for our Lord Jesus! We are blessed beyond measure to share this journey through life and ministry with many different people. And, as I told our people tonight, be very careful in the Body of Christ who you don’t like because God will build their house right beside yours. We get a good plot of land in heaven but we don’t get to pick where it will be.

I’m am blown away with the awesome crowd that was @ WAC last night and really the greatest part is how the ‘The Holy Spirit’
showed up and showed out! My prayer is that I keep my focus straight ahead on Jesus Christ, and not lose sight of what it’s all about! I am ready to ‘do whatever it takes’ for Christ! Also, we all must be ferventlty praying for each other and for God’s continued downpour of His grace and mercy! Thank you for being obedient to His call.
